How do I return or exchange an item?Updated a month ago

The process for returns and exchanges is the same! Our Return Portal makes the process easy!

You can return items for a refund within 30 days of delivery, while exchanges can be made up to 60 days after delivery. 

Your item(s) being returned must be in new, unworn, condition with the tags still attached.

1. Access our Return Portal.
2. Enter your order number exactly as displayed on your confirmation (e.g., #GetDirty157489; EXC-GetDirty123456-1). Be sure to include any symbols, prefixes, and/or suffixes.
3. Confirm that you're using the same email address associated with your original order.
4. Select the item(s) you'd like to return and follow the prompts for an exchange or refund. If you have multiple items on your order that you'd like to return, repeat this process for each item.
5. Select your return method: Happy Returns or USPS.
6. Complete the process to receive a return shipping label or a QR code.
7. Once we've received your return, your exchange item will be sent, or your store credit/refund processed. Please note, refunds may take some time.

Please avoid combining returns from multiple orders in one package as it can delay the process.
