What's the returns policy?

Returning something from a special sales/event? Please check our Sales & Events pages, as specific terms may apply. For US orders, returns can be submitted within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item meets our return conditions. We offer free ret

I'm outside the 30-day return window. What do I do?

While our Return Portal has a strict cutoff date, the humans behind the curtains are more understanding! Please contact us and submit your request, including the order number, for a return extension. We'll do what we can to help.

Can I combine returns from different orders?

Unfortunately, our return portal does not allow multiple orders to be combined into one return and shipped back for exchange or refund. To ensure that you are refunded accurately and quickly, please submit returns separately via our Return Portal.
